I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and the friendly service really stood out. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the location - not too far from the city center and easily accessible via public transport.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water was readily available. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the city center and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was very weak and unreliable. We had trouble accessing the internet and staying connected, which was frustrating.

The breakfast was nice, and the room had a good view of the city. the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a grocery store.
The room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. the bed was uncomfortable, and the walls were very thin - I could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms.

The location of the hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding valley and mountains, creating a truly magical atmosphere. the staff, particularly Maya, provide exceptional hospitality and make guests feel like part of a family. the breakfast served is delicious, and the energetic English-speaking lady is a great tourist guide.
One negative aspect is that finding the hotel can be a bit challenging, as GPS programs sometimes lead to a different position.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The traditional food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The manager even organized group outings to beautiful places, which allowed me to meet people from different nationalities. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip.
